2025 Summary
Year #5 of my athletic/sporting activities experiment…and still within the limits of my body’s capabilities.
12 new activities incorporated into 2025’s monthly sporting activities rotation…with additional “Insights”.
Ice Skating passion/time carried over from 2024 (68hrs over 66days) into 2025 (113hrs over 100days).
Another 365days of daily Qi Gong (added to last year’s 366day tally)...and still stayed injury free.

...and despite the substantially higher training loads, felt stronger and stayed injury free.
